Shipping & Delivery

Damaged Freight Deliveries Notice:

We recommend you do not sign for any deliveries until you've inspected the shipment for damage.  If any suspected damage is found, write "Damaged Items" across the driver's delivery receipt. This will enable you to obtain compensation or replacement parts in the event of shipping damage. We cannot accept returns on damaged shipments that have been signed for.

International Shipping

Any orders shipped outside of North America will be subject to a minimum order amount of $900 USD. Additionally, J & A reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed or shipped outside of North America. Hazardous materials may require additional charges for labeling, packaging and declarations.

Privacy & Security

• We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

Returns & Replacements

If your items are damaged or defective upon arrival through no fault of your own, you are eligible for a return at no cost to you. Please contact J & A for an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number for an item, you must call J & A within 30 days of purchase. Items that are returned without an issued

RMA number will be refused.

All other returns are subject to a restocking fee of $50.000 or 25% of the purchase price, whichever is grater. The customer is responsible for the freight charges on all return shipments. Items must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, documents and packaging in salable condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for internationally shipped orders.

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

• Customized and built-to-order items, including custom color items,workbenches ,Chairs, Carts , Racks, lifts and all other products.
