Order Entry

To insure proper order placement and reduce errors, we require a reference quote # , emailed purchase order to with ship to and bill to addresses with J&A Industries, Inc. as the vendor. We will need your

accounts payable contact, such as contact name, phone number and emails. We cannot process an order without these.

Standard Lead Time

Standard lead-time is 4 to 5 weeks after receipt of order for standard products, custom products typically 6 to 8 weeks.

Fast Track Shipping

Bliss Industries offers our “Fast Track” shipping program for customers that require standard products immediately.

There is a 35% expediting charge for this service on items shipped in 1 to 2 week or less.


All shipments are F.O.B. Factory ( CA)

All shipments are sent freight collect via your specified preferred carrier. All orders specified to ship freight prepaid

and bill would be charged an additional handling/billing fee of 20% of the freight bill. All CA shipments will be

charged sales tax on the handling fee. We need a written approval to process pre-paid shipments.

Damaged Freight Deliveries Notice:

We recommend you do not sign for any deliveries until you've inspected the shipment for damage. If any suspected

damage is found, write "Damaged Items" across the driver's delivery receipt. This will enable you to obtain

compensation or replacement parts in the event of shipping damage. We cannot accept returns on damaged shipments

that have been signed for. Carriers will not process claims without proper notation on the bill of lading at the time of

delivery. J & A Industries will help in any way possible with a freight damage claim. However, we will not assume any

financial responsibility as all shipments are F.O.B. Shipping Location.

International Shipping

Any orders shipped outside of North America will be subject to a minimum order amount of $900 USD. Additionally, J

& A reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed or shipped outside of North America. Hazardous materials

may require additional charges for labeling, packaging and declarations.

Terms of Payment

Net 30 days “strict” terms are available with approved credit. J & A Industries requires and expects all payments

within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments will delay or stop new orders. All accounts past due are subject to an

interest charge of 1.5% per month or the highest amount the law allows compounded monthly, plus legal and or

collection fees as required.

Returns & Replacements

If your items are damaged or defective upon arrival through no fault of your own, you are eligible for a return at no cost

to you. Please contact J & A for an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number for an item, you must call J & A within

30 days of purchase. Items that are returned without an issued

RMA number will be refused.

All other returns are subject to a restocking fee of $50.000 or 25% of the purchase price, whichever is grater. The

customer is responsible for the freight charges on all return shipments. Items must be returned with all original

accessories, manuals, documents and packaging in salable condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for internationally shipped orders.

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

• Customized and built-to-order items, including custom color items, workbenches ,Chairs, Carts , Racks, lifts and all

other products.
